The Quad Builder Program is a structured training system designed to prioritise quad development while maintaining full-body balance and long-term progression.

Rather than relying on a single leg day, this program uses a two-day rotating quad emphasis, allowing you to train the quadriceps with higher quality volume, varied stimulus, and appropriate recovery across the week. This approach supports consistent strength gains and hypertrophy without excessive fatigue or overuse.

Alongside the quad-focused sessions, the program includes dedicated upper-body push and pull days to ensure balanced muscular development, joint health, and overall performance.

  • Program Structure

    This program follows a 4-day weekly split:
        •    Quad Day A – Quad-focused lower body (rotation 1)
        •    Quad Day B – Quad-focused lower body (rotation 2)
        •    Upper Push Day – Chest, shoulders, and triceps
        •    Upper Pull Day – Back, rear delts, and biceps

    The two quad days rotate emphasis, exercise selection, and loading strategies to target all regions of the quadriceps while managing fatigue and maintaining movement quality.
