I’ve been training with Kem for about 6 months (maybe longer - time flies when you’re sweating for your life), and I can officially say my body has changed. My original goal was to drop body fat and build muscle and size, and somehow Kem understood exactly what to do… Even when I looked at him like he was trying to kill me(stair master).
Not only has my body transformed, but my habits have also changed. I’m eating healthier m, drinking water like it’s my new hobby, and I even think about protein before thinking about dessert. My mindset has completely shifted m, and I actually look forward to my workouts.
